Falmouth is a super coastal town, it has a deep natural harbour and looks out on to the Fal Estuary. There a few beaches - Castle Beach, Swanpool beach and Gyllyngvase Beach. The beaches can get very busy in peak season so if you want a bit of quiet time maybe visit earlier or later in the day.
There are plenty of things to do and you can easily spend a day exploring the town.
