The village is set in a shallow valley with a picturesque traditional harbour and old quay that dates back to the 1770’s. You’ll be able to see the fishing boats landing their catch after a day at sea, or walk along the outer harbour wall and look out to sea. Wandering round the narrow streets you’ll find plenty of shops and galleries to browse, if you are feeling peckish you’ll find lots of great places to eat. The fishing industry in Mevagissey is still strong and is home to the second largest fishing port in Cornwall. Willow Car and Coach park is best if you have a motorhome - Mevagissey, Cornwall, England, PL26 6SB. Both are situated at the entrance of the village and you can then walk down towards the harbour.
