Take the Bodinnick ferry from Fowey, wander around Polperro, explore Looe, the Rame Peninsula and Rame Head. Bodinnick ferry Once you get off the ferry at Bodinnick try to avoid the smaller roads out as they are too small for motorhomes. Head towards Pelynt and turn on to B3359 then the A387 towards Polperro. There’s a car park at the entrance of the village. Please note you cannot park in Polperro. I ended up on a very narrow road with grass in the middle taking the smaller roads - thankfully I only met a Land Rover and he pulled into a gateway for me. Polperro Polperro is most famous for its idyllic appearance and old fisherman's cottages, it is a pretty fishing village which is probably one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cornwall. Looe A working fishing port and also a very popular tourist resort. The town can get very busy during the summer months. Rame Peninsula and Rame Head Drive towards Rame Head, there is a car park at the head. I managed to drive down there with our motorhome. There is a lovely walk to the chapel. Driving around the headland you will see a number of old fortresses. Take the Torpoint Ferry over to Plymouth (£2-£4 depending on your vehicle size) then head for the campsite. Stay at Riverside Caravan Park
