Visit Thurlestone Rock, Hope Cove, The South Devon Chilli Farm, Dartmouth Castle, take the Kingswear Ferry (Dartmouth Higher Ferry) and drive on to Brixham. Take the A379 towards Yealmpton, if you have time and need a few provisions, Ben’s Farm Shop is a great place to stock up on food. For Thurlestone Rock, park at National Trust - South Milton Sands and  South Huish wetlands reserve. Turn on to the A381, but a note of caution the roads leading off the A381 are narrow, they may get busy in peak times and probably not ideal for large motorhomes. Hope Cove A pretty cove with two sandy beaches in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The South Devon Chilli Farm If you are a chilli fan don’t forget to visit the South Devon Chilli Farm. They have a great selection of fresh chillies, products made from chillies - so, really hot and perfect for the chilli enthusiast! Dartmouth Castle Dartmouth Castle is an artillery fort, it was originally built to protect Dartmouth harbour in Devon. The earliest parts of the castle date from the 1380s Prebook your tickets here Kingswear Ferry Take the Dartmouth to Kingswear Ferry (Dartmouth Higher Ferry) it is part of the A379 between Plymouth and Torbay. Taking this route saves you 25 miles and you will be rewarded with the beautiful patchwork fields as you drive out towards Brixham. The Shuttle Service runs every 3 minutes and runs 7 days a week all year round Brixham You can lose several days staying in Brixham, there’s so much to do.  It is one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK, although it is a working fishing port the town is full of entertainment including arts and culture, excellent local food and unique attractions. Brixham attracts visitors for its character, charm and combination of tradition. There are lots of secluded coves, ideal for swimming in the sea or having a bit of quiet time on the beach, some of them are pebbly beaches rather than sandy. A lot are not easy to access and require a bit of a scramble down but they are worth the effort if you can. Here are a few interesting places to visit:
